Director of Retreat Vacations

Lacey is one of the founders of the Retreat Vacations program and has helped it grow from a couple homes to nearly 60 in our program. She oversees all business operations and has helped this program serve homeowners and renters alike since 2019.

Property Manager

Shea has been with Retreat Vacations since the inception of it's program. She is the property manager and oversees all homes within our rental program as well as orchestrates all cleanings and maintenance involved with rental upkeep. She takes great pride in caring for each home as if it were her own.

Vacations Customer Service HOA Homeowner Liason

Matt joined the Retreat Vacations team in 2021. With a strong background in customer service, Matt assists guests and homeowners alike by supporting customer relations in all Retreat HOA's as well as Retreat Vacations rental program.

Guest Services Manager

Since 2020, Felicia has been at the forefront of facilitating the reservations process. As the manager of Guest Services, she has led her department in attending the requests and needs of thousands of guests over the last three years.

Vacations Maintenance Supervisor

Brian recently began his journey with Retreat Vacations earlier in 2023. As head of the maintenance department, he works to keep all managed properties in great condition, and under his care, emergencies are handled promptly to ensure the integrity of both the home and the guest experience.
