It’s because of you, the owner that has purchased a piece of this one of a kind community, that we are working day and night to complete the Retreat that will reconnect you with more than nature.
Presently, the property looks much like a traditional residential development site, but we have made substantial progress and The Retreat is transforming on a daily basis. By the time you have read this, electrical inspections will have passed for the majority of the property and our watermain will have been connected. This is fantastic news, as utilities are in and homes are being set. This infrastructure, now in place, ensures completion of the property is in sight, and we couldn’t be happier to announce the twenty-eight (28) homes in various stages of production!

In a matter of hours, pre-release bookings exceeded 90 confirmed appointments, with only 132 lots available. We are humbled as we appreciate your dedication to our brand and the Tiny Home oasis that awaits you.
